Oh man, it’s a real bummer that Mary Kathleen closed! I mean, it was the best spot in town for a good meal. It had everything - great food, friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere. Plus, you could always count on them to have something new and exciting on the menu. But alas, all good things must come to an end. So long Mary Kathleen - we’ll miss ya!

Well, that’s the end of Mary Kathleen mine! By ‘81, all the uranium had been used up and it was time to shut it down. Nowadays, you can still see the concrete slabs where the buildings used to be - a reminder of what once was. Pretty cool, huh?
