And don’t even get me started on the creaking and groaning of old radiators - yikes! But hey, at least we’re staying cool in this sweltering heat.
Why Is My Heat Making Noise? [Solved]
When the heat kicks in, the metal ducts expand and when it’s done, they contract - which can make a loud bang. Don’t worry though, it’s totally normal!

Heat can make a lot of noise! It’s usually a loud humming or buzzing sound, and it can be really annoying. Yikes! But don’t worry, it’s usually nothing to be concerned about. Just make sure you check your air filters and vents to make sure they’re not blocked - that could be the cause of the noise.
