Hi, iam Lois Thornton, Buongiorno.

Ugh, it’s so hot out here and the temperature is so low! I don’t know how much more of this I can take. It’s like an oven outside - no matter what I do, I just can’t seem to cool down. Yikes! This heat wave is really getting to me.

Why Is My Body Temperature Low But I Feel Hot? [Solved]

Feelin’ feverish? It could be a sign of a fever, but it’s also possible to feel hot and not have an actual temperature. There could be other factors at play, like medical conditions, hormones, or lifestyle. Bottom line: don’t ignore it!

  1. Temperature: The temperature of the environment can affect how hot you feel. Lower temperatures can make you feel hotter than higher temperatures.

  2. Clothing: Wearing clothing that is too tight or too heavy can make you feel hotter than if you were wearing lighter, looser clothing.

  3. Humidity: High humidity levels in the air can make it harder for your body to cool itself down, making it more difficult to stay comfortable in hot weather.

  4. Activity Level: If you are engaging in physical activity, your body will generate more heat and cause you to feel hotter than if you were sitting still or resting.

  5. Sun Exposure: Being exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time can cause your body temperature to rise quickly and make it difficult to stay cool and comfortable in hot weather conditions

I’m feeling hot even though the temperature is low - it’s so weird! I mean, it’s like I’m burning up, but the thermometer says otherwise. Ugh, this heat wave is really getting to me.
