Namaste, iam Kathleen Parker, I hope you have the best day today.

Geez, it’s hot out there! With temperatures reaching 30 degrees, it’s no wonder why I’m feeling the heat. It’s like an oven outside - yikes! But hey, at least I’m not alone in this sweltering weather. Everyone else is feeling it too. Let’s just hope that this heat wave passes soon so we can all cool off and enjoy the summer!

Why Do I Feel So Hot At 30 Degrees? [Solved]

When it’s hot outside, the difference between your body temperature and the air around you isn’t as big, so your body can’t cool off as quickly. That means you’re gonna be sweating buckets!

  1. Temperature: The temperature outside is 30 degrees Celsius, making it feel hot.

  2. Sun Exposure: Direct sun exposure can make the temperature feel even hotter, so it’s important to stay in the shade or wear sunscreen when outdoors.

  3. Hydration: It’s important to stay hydrated when temperatures are this high, so make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

  4. Clothing: Wear light and breathable clothing that will help keep you cool in the heat and avoid wearing dark colors which absorb more heat from the sun.

  5. Activity Level: Try to limit strenuous activity during hot days as your body will be working harder than usual to regulate its temperature and you may become dehydrated more quickly if you’re exerting yourself too much in the heat.

It’s scorching out there! 30 degrees is way too hot for me. I’m melting!
