Oh man, what a bummer! Xerath betrayed us all. I mean, who would have thought? We trusted him and he just up and left us high and dry. Talk about a slap in the face! It’s like he didn’t even care about our friendship. To make matters worse, it looks like he was planning this for a while. What a total jerk move! All I can say is that we should have seen it coming - hindsight is 20/20 after all. Still, it’s hard to believe that someone we trusted could do something so underhanded. Ah well, live and learn I guess…
Who Xerath Betrayed? [Solved]
Xerath had a plan all along! He pushed Azir out of the way and snatched up the Sun Disc’s power for himself. “Unbelievable!” he exclaimed, shaking his head in disbelief. It was a bold move, but it paid off - Xerath now had the upper hand.
Xerath was a powerful mage who once served the people of Shurima, but eventually betrayed them in pursuit of greater power.
He used forbidden magic to ascend to godhood, and in doing so caused the fall of Shurima.
Xerath’s betrayal led to a long and bloody war between his forces and those loyal to Shurima.
In the end, Xerath was defeated by Azir, the newly crowned emperor of Shurima.
Despite his defeat, Xerath’s legacy still looms large over Runeterra as a reminder of what can happen when ambition is unchecked.
Xerath totally sold out! He was supposed to be our ally, but he turned his back on us and went rogue. It’s a real bummer. I mean, who does that? We were all shocked when we heard the news. Unbelievable! He must have had something up his sleeve; there’s no other explanation for it. Anyway, it’s a shame that he betrayed us like that.
