Well, Bruce Witkin, Johnny Depp’s former BFF, took the stand Thursday in the actor’s defamation trial. He said Depp had a bit of a jealous streak when it came to his relationships - including with Amber Heard. And get this - Witkin claimed he once saw bruises on her arm that looked like someone had grabbed her. Wow!
Johnny Depp and his former best friend, actor/musician Paul Bettany, had a close friendship for many years.
The two met in the early 2000s while filming the movie “The Libertine” and quickly became close friends.
They were often seen out together at events and even vacationed together with their families on multiple occasions.
In 2016, however, their friendship abruptly ended when Depp accused Bettany of stealing money from him during a business venture they had been working on together.
